Born in Arizona on July 17, 1999 at 5:26 am one week after your first friend Kaleb Jewett July - Visit from Grandma Eberle August - Visit from Aunt Pammie and Big Gram (Great Grandma Miller) 1st trip to Sedona! Lots of play dates with Kaleb and his mommy Taryn! Joined Gymboree at 2 months--met our good friends Maxwell and Kristen October--visit from Grandma and Grandpa Eberle--another trip to Sedona 1st Halloween--my little bumblebee 4 months- Able to sit up! November--first tooth, and 1st Thanksgiving Early December--Trip to Ohio and Michigan to meet your cousins, and see Uncle John graduate--Saw where Mommy grew up and met the Stevens, Millie, Earl and Zach 1st Christmas--in North Carolina December - Baptized in North Carolina |

Happy 1st New Year! (you slept right through it!) March- trip to Grandma and Grandpa's in North Carolina Saw pictures of a cow in an ice cream place in NC (by Duke) with Aunt Pammie, Uncle Dave and friends... and said "mooo" (first word?!) 1st baseball game--The Durham Bulls--was given a foul ball by the people in front of us that caught it! April -- 1st trip to the Grand Canyon 1st Easter in North Carolina Crawled for the first time! (9 months) 1st trip to the beach-very fun! With your cousins, even more fun! June- first steps! and first Diamondbacks game 1st Fourth of July with Gymboree friends 1st Birthday! "The Big One" - July 17, 2000 at Toy Town Said "elmo" when looking at a birthday book--another new/kind of first word! October--Grandma & Grandpa Eberle and Uncle Dave here to visit! Halloween as a leopard! Party at Saben's with Gymboree friends...First time "real" trick or treating (walking) with Maxwell (he was a teletubby) November--Thanksgiving with our good friends Taryn and Kaleb in Fountain Hills 2nd Merry Christmas!

Another new year! January 17th--1/2 year birthday picture with Mommy at the "Animal Mall" February--First trip to California and Walt Disney World with our friends the Solbergs! (rainy but fun!) Happy 2nd Birthday--July 17, 2001--Thomas Train Party at Chuck E. Cheese's (Aunt Pammie got to come!)
October -Halloween- Josh the Brown Dog (costume made by Grandma Eberle) Pumpkin painting party at Tina's Play group Halloween party at Toy Town! November - Thanksgiving in Carolina |

Happy New Year! May--moved into our new house--that you loved so much and thanked Grandpa for every time you talked to him! Not as many beetles here as behind the apartment, but lots and lots of rolie polies (even better!)! June--a special kitten picks you out at the Humane Society, pawing at the glass as you walk by--you name him "Tiger" without hesitation Happy 3rd Birthday--July 17, 2002--Space Party--Ice Skating at Polar Ice! Josh starts "school" at Children's World October--Uncle Dave comes for a long visit--What fun! "Getting" the skeletons out back every day, reading books, doing legos....What a great uncle- The "pink room" becomes "uncle Dave's room" always and forever Halloween fun--Josh the red Power Ranger, Uncle Dave the Wolf, and mom the green bird--Trick or treating and the Harvest Festival and Grace--zonked out on the way home! Soccer! |

Happy New Year! January--trip to San Diego--the Zoo and Legoland! (for mommy's birthday) March- Grandma and Grandpa to visit! May--Trip to Atlanta for Aunt Pammie's wedding--With handsome ringbearers you and cousin Ben July 17, 2003--Happy 4th Birthday! Power Ranger Party at your favorite place, Chuck E. Cheese's! October --Boo at the Zoo with Grandma Eberle--Josh the warrior knight! October -- Sedona Jazz on the Rocks - wearing your red power ranger costume the whole weekend, mask, gloves and all! Danced with the Indians in town November --Thanksgiving in Carolina-Met Felicity and played in the leaves at Uncle John's Helped Grandpa take Hootie for walks, and helped him watch Bloomberg December -- Sedona Fantasy of Lights - amazing Christmas light display Polar Express! Rode the Polar Express in Williams, you led the Christmas carols on the train (on a microphone and everything!) Hot chocolate, cookies and Santa on board when we reached the North Pole--The first gift of Christmas, your very own "silent" bell! Outdoor ice skating at Tempe Town Lake |

Happy New Year! January--1st day at your new school--The Awakening Seed April--Easter with the Hartzler's--Easter egg hunt, lots of candy and swimming! End of May--end of the year pool party with your Awakening Seed friends! Early June--Summer School at the Awakening Seed--with your favorite teacher Miss Stephanie End of June--trip to Ohio and Michigan-- Jill's wedding in Cleveland, and a chance to see everyone, including Big Gram and Great Grandma Eberle! A visit to good friend Millie, Earl, Zack and Nathan in Toledo, with a trip to the Toledo Zoo to see the Ancient Egypt exhibit (real live artifacts, shabti dolls, sarcophaguses, heiroglyphs...)!!! And a week with your cousins at their house in Michigan! First time catching fireflies! Early July--visit to Miss Stephanie to tell her you'll be going to the Big Kid School this year! Happy 5th Birthday--July 17, 2004! Egypt party at Chuck E. Cheese's Red "big kid bike" with Power Ranger accessories and a yellow helmet! Lots of riding your bike and swimming Able to do somersaults in the water (3 in a row) backwards, too Brave enough to go down the slide at the big pool!! End of July--Visit to the Big Kid School--to meet your teacher and see your room! August 5th--a belated birthday celebration at Lynda's ("Winda's")--Care Bears and more cool Egypt stuff! 1st Day of Kindergarten--August 9, 2004--a little nervous but brave, and very proud at the end of the day (and happy to see mommy!) The Kissing Hand unit, a story you already knew and liked! Made a kissing hand for you to take with you to school... Wanted to make a necklace for Mrs. Knowlton (and one for you!) Doing great in Kindergarten!--Learning (and practicing!) the skills of observing and recording, making new friends! August 21st- visit to the Arizona Museum for Youth, and the Mesa Southwest Museum (the "dinosuar museum") super cool crystal and gem exhibits Brown Bear unit--Brown week (wearing brown and bringing brown items for the jar)--With bear hugs for mommy (knocking me down!) after school..."Mommy how wong (long) was I at tinderdarten?!" (3 hours) "That was sooo wong! I missed you sooo much!" August 26th- 5 year pictures at Sears (finally!) August 27th- Another brown day at school...Didn't want mommy to leave the playground...ran back for two extra kisses, and blew more to me all the way to my car! A great day, and super happy to see mommy and proud to tell me about it...! Passed away on August 29, 2004 at the age of 5. |
